Before their stay, we also recommend a brief meet-and-greet to help your pet get accustomed to our environment and team.

Our rates are competitively priced and based on the type of pet, length of stay, and any special care requirements. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and we’re happy to provide a detailed quote during your initial consultation.

We specialize in caring for pets with separation anxiety, employing techniques such as extra cuddle time, soothing music, and pheromone diffusers. As well as individual attention and a calming environment help ease their anxiety and make them feel secure.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the stay are fully refundable. For cancellations within 48 hours, a credit will be offered for future services.
